Oh my! Another year has come and now it’s just about gone.
1st Light Ministries has been blessed and highly favored in 2025 “exceedingly and abundantly”!
Our beach ministry has been getting a lot of traction. As I walk my steps in the morning I have been blessed with ministry opportunities such as prayer, passing out our gospel books and making a few friends that I see almost every day. Now I am being asked to pray for people AGAIN!
I have found a church that fits pretty good. Harbor Life on 63rd in Bradenton. It’s a baptist church that is seeking the presence and gifts of the Holy Spirit and I am helping in every way possible. Pastor Mark Dowdy has welcomed me with love and grace and we are becoming fast friends. Pastor has me doing announcements periodically and of course I am part of the prayer team. I hope to preach sometime this month or in January! I am super stoked. How great is our God!
At 66 years old, I have found myself to be an elder and that is a little different than when I was a younger man at the Vineyard. I am sure that God has it figured out but I am taking it step by step!
As usual, I am going to promise to blog more regularly… yeah, right! ??
